Abstract
An experimental-control pretest and post-test research design was implemented to measure the effects of “Human-Persons and the Use of Psychoactive Agents,” a senior high school drug education curriculum. Content and activities are directed toward education in human behavior and potential, in general, as well as specifically applied to drug use and abuse. Results of treatment (N = 1031) demonstrated positive effects upon student drug knowledge, behavior knowledge, and developmental attitudes when compared to control groups (N = 624).Keywords
