THREE DIMENSIONAL ROENTGENOGRAPHY

Abstract
A technique for producing a three-dimensional image of an object from a set of roentgenograms has been demonstrated. N individual roentgenograms, taken from different directions, are combined in a simple optical system producing a real image of the object in space. A moveable viewing screen permits observation of that part of the total image which corresponds to the roentgenogram of the thin section defined by the position of the screen.
