Radiological Findings inHistoplasma duboisiiInfections

Abstract
The radiological findings in H. duboisii infections are discussed on the basis of the recorded cases and our own patients. All known cases of this disease have lived in or visited tropical Africa. The disease is a distinct clinical entity differing from H. capsulatum infection in that the lungs are spared and that bone foci are common. The distribution of lesions is analysed and their appearance described. The frequency of paraplegic lesions is emphasised.
