Shaking Force Optimization of Four-Bar Linkage With Adjustable Constraints on Ground Bearing Forces

Abstract
A method for partial force balancing of four-bar linkages, which allows control over the increase in ground bearing forces, is presented. A novel adaptation of the Lagrange Multiplier method makes it possible to obtain design equations for appropriate counterweights.
