Abstract
Rhizoid growth is markedly reduced in pleurocarpous mosses growing among vascular plants. The influence of the substratum and surrounding vascular plants seems to have resulted in selection for different rhizoid-producing capacities both within and between different species. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
