Abstract
The genetics of Alzheimer's disease is one of the most complex topics to study from an epidemiological point of view, particularly in population-based studies on polymorphisms of genes. The present review focuses primarily on some conflicting results on genetic epidemiology of Alzheimer's disease, and the major difficulties met in such studies. Keywords
