Abstract
Four new species of Tarsonemus are described and illustrated: T. ips, T. triarcus, T. subcorticalis, and T. endophloeus. All are subcortical associates of bark beetles in conifers. A key is provided to distinguish these species and other tarsonemids which commonly coexist in habitats provided primarily by ipine bark beetles. Keywords
