Abstract
17α-Chloroprogesterone, 6α-fluoro-17α-bromoprogesterone, 1-dehydro-6α-fluoro-17α-bromoprogesterone, and 6α-chloro-17α-bromoprogesterone have been synthesized. These compounds have been found to be orally-active progestins without androgenic properties. Keywords
