CLOSURE OF SEPTAL PERFORATION IN OSLER-WEBER-RENDUʼS DISEASE BY BILATERAL LABIAL-BUCCAL FLAPS

Abstract
We present a case of septal perforation in Osler-Weber-Rendu's disease, treated by rotating bilateral labial-buccal flaps up into the nose to close the perforation and resurface the adjacent areas on the septum.
