Abstract
Plasma fromCiona intestinalis, Phallusia mamillata andAscidia malaca possess hemagglutinin for a variety of erythrocytes. Results obtained by physical and chemical treatments suggest that hemagglutinin forPhallusia mamillata andAscidia malaca may be a protein or a protein-like substance. Keywords
