Abstract
Histaminase injected intramusc. into doge with a Heiden-hain pouch or a pouch of the entire stomach failed to decrease the gastric secretory response to histamine when heat inactivated enzyme was used. 100 units of histaminase introduced into the duodenum of 16 human subjects failed to decrease the gastric secretory response to 0.5 mg. of histamine given subcut. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
