Abstract
Feeding the protozoa on a pure line of bacteria, their division rate was practically unaffected by pH changes between 5.9 and 7.7. It is concluded that any difference in division rate within these limits is due to a qualitative change of bacteria rather than to direct effect of pH on the protozoa. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
