Abstract
• Numerous annular erythematous lesions developed in a 47-year-old woman, involving most of the integument. Thorough clinical, histopathologic, and immunopathologic investigations confirmed the diagnosis of lupus erythematosus. Unusual clinical, histologic, and immunofluorescence microscopy patterns emerged during the course of the disease, which was resistant to treatment. (Arch Dermatol 116:450-453, 1980)Keywords
