Severe hypertension: An unusual presentation of Guillain-Barré syndrome in a child with brucellosis

Abstract
A 9-year-old girl suffered from protracted paroxysms of severe hypertension before she developed classical signs of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Significant brucella antibody titres were found in the serum and CSF. Complete recovery was observed after appropriate therapy.Keywords
