Abstract
A micromethod for the detection and estimation of purines, pyrimidines, and related substances is based upon detection of spots of these compounds on paper chromato-grams by means of a simple contact-printing technique using photographic paper and filtered u.-v. light, and the sensitivity is such that a few ug. may be detected. Keywords
