Abstract
Immunoaffinity column chromatography using an anti-ginsenoside Rb1 monoclonal antibody has made possible a single-step separation of ginsenoside Rb1 from a crude extract of ginseng roots (Panax ginseng). The combination of immunoaffinity column chromatography and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was also investigated.Keywords
