Abstract
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum isolates B24 (virulent) and SS41 (hypovirulent) possess oxalate decarboxylase. Production was regulated by composition and pH of culture medium and required the presence of oxalate or its precursor, succinic acid, as inducers. Mycelia of both isolates contain equivalent amounts of enzyme. Keywords
