Abstract
In einer großen Anzahl von handelsmäßigen γ-Globulin-Chargen wurde der Gehalt an Antikörpern gegen folgende Viren ermittelt: Poliomyelitis, Masern, Röteln, Coxsackie Typ A9 und B5, Echo Typ 6, 9 und 30, Zytomegalie-Virus. Trotz unterschiedlicher Herkunft des Ausgangsmaterials konnte für alle Antikörper-Typen eine gleichmäßige Titerhöhe festgestellt werden. The content of antibodies to polio, measles, German measles, Coxsackie type A 9 and B 5, Echo type 6 and 9 and 30, and cytomegalovirus was determined in a large number of commercially available preparations of gamma-globulin. Despite differences in the origin of the basic material similar titres were found against all antibody types. El contenido de anticuerpos virásicos en la γ-globulina En un gran número de preparados comerciales de γ-globulina se investigó el contenido de anticuerpos frente a los siguientes virus: poliomielitis, sarampión, rubéola, Coxsackie tipo A 9 y B5, Echo tipo 6, 9 y 30 y virus de la citomegalia. A pesar de la distinta procedencia del material de partida pudo comprobarse un título igualmente elevado para todos los tipos de anticuerpos.
