Abstract
The author reports a case of a perforated duodenal ulcer in a 5-day old infant with a hamartomatous growth in the region of the tuber cinereum. He feels that there is quite definite evidence of relationship between the two lesions and with the concept of hypothalamic control of the upper alimentary tract. Keywords
