Abstract
Injury to the epigastric vessels during trocar placement is a recognized complication of laparoscopic surgery. We present a technique for laparoscopic management of this problem utilizing a Stamey urethropexy needle under direct vision. The relevant anatomy and methods to prevent this complication are discussed. Keywords
