In-vivo Cytogenetic Effects of Perphenazine and Chlorpromazine: A Negative Study

Abstract
No evidence was found that either perphenazine or chlorpromazine induced chromosomal damage in patients given the drugs. These results were reached independently at two separate laboratories; earlier reports of possible adverse cytogenetic effects of these drugs can probably be discounted.Keywords
