Abstract
Fractionation of amino acid specific tRNAs by descending salt gradient on a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography column is demonstrated. Stationary phase variables such as n-alkyl chain length and silica type are discussed in terms of stability and selectivity. Mobile phase parameters including salt concentration, organic modifier, pH, and temperature are investigated. The concentration of organic modifier to adjust elution profiles can be critical in terms of tRNA retention. This publication has 27 references indexed in Scilit:
