Abstract
Approximately 50 captive short-tailed shrews (B. brevicauda) were observed during a 3-yr period. An ethogram consisting of 54 specific behavior patterns was established. The ethogram was presented as a tool for future interspecific behavioral comparisons and as an initial guide for behavioral studies of Blarina in the field. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
