Abstract
Thermodynamic and spectroscopic data have been evaluated for several chlorine-oxygen gas phase species of interest in the study of ozone depletion models. The evaluated data have been used to compute JANAF Thermochemical Tables for these species. The data will be discussed and applied to several proposed models for ozone depletion. The recent catalytic cycle involving ozone loss by C10 and C1202 in the Antarctic stratosphere is discussed. Keywords
