Abstract
This paper describes an instrument for investigating the radiation field of any type of gamma‐ray source. A small calcium tungstate crystal together with a light‐conducting quartz rod and a 1P21 photo‐multiplier tube is used as gamma‐ray detector. The lines of constant radiation intensity in a selected plane (isodose curves) are recorded automatically with a good accuracy in a short period of time. Keywords
