Abstract
Vancomycin determinations were performed in the presence of an aminoglycoside or rifampin. A previously reported bioassay method was modified by using a rifampin-resistant strain and increasing the NaCl concentration in the minimal salts-glucose assay agar from 0.2 to 6.0%.Keywords
