Abstract
A novel promising approach to the treatment of anovulatory infertility has been investigated during the last few years. Pulsatile long-term subcutaneous administration of low doses of LH-RH given by means of small portable computerized infusion pumps has proved to be practical, safe and effective for induction of follicular maturation and ovulation in women with amenorrhoea due to inadequate pituitary gonadotrophin secretion. Keywords
