Abstract
Glycine is synthesized during the development of White Leghorn and Barred Plymouth Rock chick embryos. Chicks which die of chondrodystrophy during development contain less than normal amounts of glycine. The nature of the relation between chondrodystrophy and the low value for glycine has not been established. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
