Abstract
Feminist therapists and counsellors have developed a distinct paradigm which combines feminist analysis, values and practice. Much of what they have developed is applicable to the social work interview. This article attempts to draw out the main features of the feminist paradigm so that social workers will be able to assess its value in respect of their practice. Keywords
