Abstract
Enzymatically modified bovine arteries have been implanted as iliac and femoropopliteal arterial substitutes in man in 17 instances. There were 2 immediate failures, and 2 grafts closed at 2 1/2 and 7 months, respectively. Eight grafts were followed 1 year or longer, with one failure after 28 months. Keywords
