Abstract
Two sisters who presented with a similar growth pattern are described. They delivered with idiopathic intrauterine growth retardation and had an early adolescent growth spurt. The physical and endocrine findings suggested a potential relationship between intrauterine growth retardation and early puberty.Keywords
