Abstract
SUMMARY: Host ranges of members of four groups of male-specific RNA coliphages were determined by plating on hosts carrying various derepressed plasmids. An RNA phage originally isolated onPseudomonas aeruginosafailed to form plaques on any of the strains ofEscherichia coli. Keywords
