Thorium-Dioxide Granuloma With Laryngeal Palsy

Abstract
A case is presented of associated laryngeal paralysis due to thorium dioxide (Thorotrast) granuloma of the neck. This was caused by accidental extravasation at the time of carotid angiography 20 years previously. Phonosurgical repair was successful.
