Abstract
A self-expandable stent was used to obtain prolonged relief of stridor resulting from tracheal obstruction by extrinsic tumour compression despite prior external irradiation. The stent was inserted in an easy and comfortable procedure with fibreoptic bronchoscopy under local anaesthesia.Keywords
