Abstract
An analysis of the optical parameters of amorphous solar cells to maximize the absorption of photons in the active region of the cell and then the short circuit current is presented. The model applied to several kinds of amorphous structures indicates that total optical losses of only 9% and short circuit currents up to 24.5 mA/cm2 can be achieved. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
