Abstract
This is the second paper of a three part series by Working Group 71-2 (W.G. on Operating Economics), and contains a Bibliography on the subject functions described in Part I of the series. Each paper in the Bibliography has been correspondingly classified and is identified by a one or two letter index. This paper exclusively contains publications from 1959 through 1972. Part III of the series covers publications from 1973 through 1979. Readers interested in earlier works should consult paper 63-02Keywords
