LDH Isoenzymes in Cantharidine Blisters of the Normal Skin and Psoriasis

Abstract
Total LDH [lactic dehydrogenose] and LDH iso-enzyme-patterns were estimated in fluid from cantharidin-induced blisters in normal skin and in psoriasis skin. The isoenzyme pattern of the normal skin indicates the anaerobic energy metabolism in the epidermis. In psoriasis the total amount of LDH is highly elevated and its isoenzyme pattern is different.
