Abstract
By using and developing the formulation given in the first paper of this series, we have derived the formulas to express the Perey factors for x, √ N x and Nx in terms of the energy-dependence of the equivalent local potential, where N is the RGM norm kernel and x is the usual RGM relative wave function. It is demonstrated that the Perey factor for √ Nx is quite close to unity at least for systems with light-ion projectile. This result can be regarded to give us quantitatively the foundation of the OCM.Keywords
