Abstract
Unique characteristics of adolescent relationships with friends and romantic partners are evident in the resolutions and outcomes of their conflicts. New research indicates that disagreements with close peers, in contrast to those with parents and others, are managed in a manner that avoids disruption of the relationship.Keywords
