Abstract
To the Editor: Krieger and her co-workers reported in the October 30, 1975, issue that cyproheptadine was effective in the treatment of pituitary-dependent Cushing's syndrome,1 and described in the February 21, 1980, issue a case of Nelson's syndrome in which remission lasted for 18 months after cyproheptadine treatment was stopped.2 More recently, two successful pregnancies occurring after cyproheptadine therapy have been reported.3 We wish to report a case of Cushing's syndrome treated with cyproheptadine in which remission has continued for over three years without treatment, during which the patient has had a successful pregnancy.
