Abstract
1‐Amino‐5‐(substituted)amino‐1,2,3‐triazoles (3) are directly produced by heating 1‐aryl‐5‐chloro‐1,2,3‐triazoles (1) with hydrazine. The 5‐hydrazinotriazoles 2 are presumably formed first, but rearrange spontaneously under the reaction conditions. The structures of the products were established principally on the basis of 13C NMR analyses. Keywords
