Abstract
Successive phase transitions in the mixed crystal with perovskite structure (1-x)ABO3+xA′B′O3 are discussed on a phenomenological basis. After a short review on the experimental facts, a simple scheme is proposed to predict the phase diagrams of mixed crystals when the model parameters of constituent substances are known. It is shown that the applications of the present scheme to (Ba1-xPbx)TiO3, (Ba1-xSrx)TiO3 and Ba(Ti1-xHfx)O3 yield the results which are in good accord with experiments. Keywords
