Abstract
A proof based on microscopic theory is given for the existence of a T2 ln T term in the temperature dependence of the susceptibility of normal paramagnetic metals and Fermi liquids. Comparison with experiments on Pd, YCo2, LuCo2, U2C3, He3 and Ni3Ga is discussed. Keywords
