Abstract
Deciphering human uniqueness by comparing the chimpanzee and human genomes is a fascinating but tough task, according to Olson and Varki in their Perspective. Reporting on a recent symposium at the University of California, San Diego, Olson and Varki provide an update on intriguing differences between humans and chimps at the molecular level. Keywords
