Abstract
In individual heterozygous mouse cells, the gamma-globulin allotype of secreted antibody to sheep red cells and of cyto-plasmic gamma-globulin was determined. It was found that of the 2 parental alleles determining allotype, one or the other is relatively active in individual cells, while its allele is relatively quiescent. Keywords
