Abstract
A study of the fine structure of the high-frequency current-voltage characteristics of a SQUID in the temperature range from 4.2−0.5 °K has been carried out. The dependence found cannot be explained within the framework of existing ideas. It is concluded that dissipation increases the probability of macroscopic quantum tunneling in the system. Keywords
