The neuropathological findings in a fatal case of Miller Fisher syndrome are described. The demyelinating peripheral neuropathy and normal appearance of the central nervous system that were observed support the inclusion of the syndrome within the spectrum of acute inflammatory polyneuropathy. Keywords
