Abstract
A cosmic-ray telescope is described which measures the absolute intensity of the cosmic radiation through the use of trays of overlapping Geiger counters to eliminate insensitive areas. The results obtained, carefully corrected for accidentals, counter efficiency, side showers, absorption, and barometric pressure, are compared with those of previous authors. Keywords
