Abstract
Using a simple stereological method the estimation of the ventricular volume in ten hydrocephalic children and adults based on ordinary CT-scans is presented. The volume estimates are compared with “ventricular size” expressed as Evans' ratio. The differences between the two estimates are discussed. Keywords
