Observations on parkinsonian tremor in all‐night sleep

Abstract
All-night sleep was studied in 5 patients with Parkinson''s disease. Several physiological variables were recorded. Tremor rhythm was observed to return during the periods of observation but with no predictable relationships to the parameters studied. The observations are presented in detail and the relationship between motor activity and sleep stages is discussed.
